JMCB is recruiting Early-Career Guest Editors
Journal of Molecular Cell Biology (JMCB) is looking to recruit around 20 Early-Career scientists who are willing to participate in journal-related scientific communication and publishing activities to join the Ad Hoc Young Editorial Board of JMCB.
The appointed Guest Editors will have the great opportunities to serve as core reviewers of submissions, to recruit and process manuscripts as the handling editor, to attend JMCB Editorial Board meetings, and hold the potential as future Editorial Board Members of JMCB. The term of appointment will be 3 years, with the membership annually renewable based on yearly performance and contribution evaluation by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Office.
The candidates are expected to have a PhD degree (obtained within the last 5 years) and at least one round of postdoctoral training. Performance as a manuscript reviewer, expertise, and quality of articles published in the past, as well as prior editorial experience, will be considered.
Applicants should send the CV and other application materials to the JMCB Editorial Office at jmcb@sibs.ac.cn (subject: JMCB Early-Career Guest Editor application).
