Drug Review: Safety and Efficacy of Bevacizumab for Glioblastoma and Other Brain Tumors
Bevacizumab is effective for glioblastoma, and it was recently used to treat radiation necrosis and other brain tumors such as brain metastases, schwannoma and meningioma. The efficacy and problems of bevacizumab therapy are reviewed.

Chemoradiation therapy at a dose of 50.4 Gy with elective nodal irradiation is promising with a manageable tolerability profile in esophageal squamous cancer patients.
