In “Role of public-private partnerships in meeting healthcare challenges in Africa: a perspective from the public sector” by Hader [J Infect Dis2016; 213(suppl 2):S34], the author omitted details to sentence 2 in paragraph 3. The sentence should read “These goals, which state that, by 2020, 90% of all people living with HIV will know their HIV status, 90% of all people with diagnosed HIV infection will receive sustained antiretroviral therapy, and 90% of all people receiving antiretroviral therapy will have viral suppression, are being significantly advanced as a result of this collaboration.”

The author regrets this error.
