This position will be a core component of the Integrated Animal Systems Biology Team http://animalsystemsbiology.cfans.umn.edu/ in the Department of Animal Science http://www.ansci.umn.edu/. Expectations for this position include developing a research program related to the role of the microbiome in food animal production, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses, and recruiting and mentoring graduate students.
