a. w. eaton is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Illinois–Chicago. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in both philosophy and art history in 2003 and has since published on a variety of topics in feminism and the philosophy of art. She was a Laurence Rockefeller Fellow at Princeton's Center for Human Values in 2005–2006 and previously taught at Bucknell University.
berys gaut is Professor of Philosophy at the University of St. Andrews. His research interests lie in aesthetics and its relation to ethics, the philosophy of film, the philosophy of creativity, and moral philosophy. He has published numerous articles in these areas. He is the author of Art, Emotion and Ethics (Oxford University Press, 2007) and A Philosophy of Cinematic Art (Cambridge University Press, 2010). He is coauthor, with Morag Gaut, of Philosophy for Young Children: A Practical Guide (Routledge, 2011). He is currently working on a monograph on the philosophy of creativity.
