The following changes have been made to the originally published manuscript. The title has been changed to read: “Collective Bargaining for the ‘New’ Working Class: Putting ‘Personal Work Relations’ to Work for Street Vendors”.

In the last sentence of the last paragraph of Section C Labour Rights as Human Rights text is changed to read: “In section 3E[...]” instead of: “The next section[...]”.

In Section E’s third paragraph, second sentence, text is emended to read: “[...]as the only legal relation that triggers[...] instead of: “[...]as the only legal relation that that triggers[...]”. In the final paragraph, the reference to “section 5” is emended to “section 4”; and similarly “section 6” to section 5”.

The heading “4. CASE STUDIES OF COLLECTIVE RELATION BETWEEN STREET VENDORS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES” is emended to read: “4. CASE STUDIES OF COLLECTIVE RELATIONS BETWEEN STREET VENDORS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES”.
