Abstract
In this interview the authors speak with Sandra Abd’Allah-Álvarez Ramìrez, an Afro-Cuban scholar, activist and blogger. As the figure behind Negra Cubana, a renowned blog that discusses racism and feminism at the intersection of technology in Cuba, Sandra converse about topics such as internet access, infrastructure and the possibilities and flaws brought about by digital technology. Through the interview, Sandra shows minimal computing becomes a critical position from which her communities manage to get connected at the same time that evaluate their path forward.
