Clinical outcomes of HBR patients treated with PCI from the present study by Kang et al. published in the European Heart Journal and previous studies. The primary ischaemic endpoint was defined as the composite of cardiac death, MI, or ischaemic stroke by Kang et al.,1 the composite of cardiovascular death, MI or stroke by Lee et al.,14 the composite of cardiac death, TV-MI, TLR by Ueki et al.,7 cardiac death by Corpataux et al.,5 and all-cause mortality by Cao et al.6 HBR, high bleeding risk; MI, myocardial infarction; PCI, percutaneous coronary intervention; TLR, target lesion revascularization; TV-MI, target vessel MI
