Reaching out to Czech and African medical students is a priority for the cardiologists of tomorrow in the Czech Republic
Kardio 35—a working group of the Czech Society of Cardiology—was founded on 10 January 2012. It is a platform dedicated towards providing services for young cardiologists in the Czech Republic and currently represents 170 members across the country.
One of the group’s founding members is leading cardiologist and former European Society of Cardiology (ESC)Board member Prof. Josef Kautzner. Kardio 35, along with other national groups involved in the ESC Cardiologists of Tomorrow platform, provide connections for young cardiologists with their peers, keeping them informed about developments in the field of cardiology in Europe.
