A 22-year-old woman presented with an intrapericardial mass (A, B) measuring 13 × 12 × 10 cm. The tumour was derived from the left ventricular wall (C). Surgical biopsy revealed histology of a rare primary cardiac glomus tumour, supplied by a diagonal coronary artery branch (D–F). The patient is currently being worked up for a heart transplant.
