A 53-year-old woman was referred to our department for the presence of a saccular distal aortic arch aneurysm, revealed by plain radiography and computed tomography of the chest (Fig. 1 ). At operation a spherical cystic of 3 cm was found (Fig. 2a ). Histologic features were in keeping with the diagnosis of bronchial cyst (Fig. 2b).
