Abstract
We report a patient with paraneoplastic pemphigus associated with a thymic tumour. Immunoblot study using affinity‐purified γ‐catenin protein revealed that his serum recognized γ‐catenin (plakoglobin) in epidermal, thymic tumour and mouse bladder extracts.
