In the article by Vincent C. Giampapa, MD, and George J. Bitar, MD, “Use of Fibrin Sealant in Neck Contouring,” (Volume 22, Number 6, pages 519–525), Part A of Figure 2 on page 520 was erroneously also duplicated as Part B. The complete figure, with the correct Part B, is reproduced below.

In the article on “Blepharoplasty” (Volume 23, Number 1, page 66), Dr. Andre Camirand's statement reads, “If there is a pretarsal fat pad, there is an inevitable enophthalmia.”. The word “pretarsal” is an editorial error. The statement should read, “If there is a herniated fat pad, there is an inevitable enophthalmia.”
